The Cowboys have taken more of a share-the-wealth approach to the passing game.

The Cowboys and Philadelphia each have five receivers with double-figure catch totals. Denver and New Orleans lead with six receivers each with 10-plus catches. The Cowboys have played one fewer game than the other clubs.

The Cowboys' production ranges from wide receiver Miles Austin with a team-high 22 catches to Bennett with 11 receptions. Bennett is emerging as an option in the passing game. He had only 15 catches last season and 20 as a rookie in 2008.

"The more ways you can attack the defense, the better you're going to be," offensive coordinator Jason Garrett said. "When you're doing that, you're dictating to the defense. You want to get the ball to different people effectively for that reason."

The Cowboys were top-heavy in the passing game last season. They had only two receivers with 40-plus catches: Witten with 94 and Austin with 81. A total of 21 teams had three or more receivers with 40-plus catches. Minnesota led with six.
