Looks like he's gone for year too:
Barry Church facing shoulder surgery

IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys will fill their running back need with veteran Sammy Morris (following DeMarco Murray’s ankle injury). But they are on the lookout for a safety, too.
According to sources, Barry Church will need surgery on his right shoulder, which popped out twice during Sunday’s loss to the New York Giants.
Church was able to return to the game wearing a harness, but he was replaced by Danny McCray late in substitution packages. McCray played with a high ankle sprain after not practicing all of last week.
Cornerback Mike Jenkins will wear a harness to support his right shoulder, which he said popped out in the second quarter after falling hard on the turf in the end zone. He aggravated the injury in the second half when deflecting a deep ball to Giants wide receiver Mario Manningham.
He saw only a handful of snaps in the second half with Orlando Scandrick moving into the starting lineup and Alan Ball working as the No. 3 corner. Jenkins played through a left shoulder injury suffered in the season opener versus the New York Jets.
Nose tackle Jay Ratliff played two-plus quarters with a rib muscle strain. He was in noticeable pain after the game and spent time stretching on the sideline in between plays. With Ratliff in a reduced role, Sean Lissemore took over at nose tackle with Josh Brent out because of a knee injury. Brent has missed the past two games after getting hurt on Thanksgiving.
