Check out the Dallascowboys.com 8/13/2013 video of Carr speaking about the Cowboys' players confidence in Garrett.

I thought it was interesting. It touches on Garrett's strange management of emotions and how Garrett's Ivy League past is apparent to players. Carr puts a nice spin on it, but Garrett sounds more like an odd duck than a leader of men.

You can be an odd duck and still be a leader. Carr is a smart dude, he is not going to say anything that would question Garrett. I personally saw nothing in the interview that i think everyone already knew. It is odd that he smiles all the time.

Garrett looks a lot bigger this year. He definitely hit the weights in the offseason. It gives him a more commanding presence.
