Washington’s alleged victim has a broken collarbone




Arizona Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington accused of beating his ex-girlfriend is out of jail on bond, CBS5 in Phoenix, Arizona reports.

Washington was able to post the $4,200 bond. He got special permission to leave for Texas over the weekend for another daughter's birthday party. He's supposed to be back on Monday.

Police say on Wednesday, Washington went to his ex-girlfriend's house to see their 5-month-old daughter. Court paperwork says they got into a fight and Washington allegedly grabbed his ex's neck and choked her near her apartment. Police say they got into a second fight in the parking lot, where she was pushed to the ground and broke her collarbone. CBS 5 went to the victim's apartment but she told us through the door she couldn't talk to the media.

"What I understand is with Mr. Washington and the victim, they had some altercations in the past, but failed to report those to police," said Phoenix police Sgt. Steve Martos.

Court paperwork says the victim also threw a plastic plant at Washington, but missed. Martos says it's possible that charges could be filed against her too.

Washington is charged with two counts of aggravated assault.

I am not going to bash him without the whole story. The bitch could have put herself in a man's place and he gave her a man's ass whuppin. She could have done s number of things to deserve it. With that being said, I have never hit a women, but my ex-wife sure as hell deserved it. Looking back, I should have stomped a mudhole in her skinny ass.

Not to defend a man putting his hands on a woman but supposedly she was holding the kid for "ransom" from Washington. He submitted texts to the police and media that basically read like this...

Him: " Hey, my mom wants to come by tomorrow and see the baby"
Her: "That's going to cost extra."
Him: "What are you talking about? I paid child support already."
Her: "This is an extra visist so you gonna have to break more bread for an extra visit."

As someone who went through custody issues where my ex used the kid as a meal ticket, I can relate to the pure frustration of having to deal with someone like that. I never used my hands but boy, did I want to. I used my head and after she messed up enough, I got my kid.
