I agree. A pardon does not preclude an investigations. All of these pardoned people should be investigated fully and reports of their crimes should be released to the public. The one problem is the pardons mean they don't have to participate in any investigations. They don't have to testify before congress or even to the FBI or DOJ. But they need to be investigated anyway.
