Dez Bryant was limited in practice Thursday because of a back injury that surfaced after being hit Wednesday, according to a team report.
In the locker room afterward, Bryant wore an electrical muscle stimulator. The device is used to reduce muscle spasms, inflammation and joint pain.
Bryant, who has made 44 receptions for 547 yards and six touchdowns this year, has experienced his share of setbacks in his rookie campaign. This season he has suffered a bruised tailbone, injured ribs and a high-ankle sprain, the last of which forced Bryant to miss the entire preseason and was re-aggravated Oct. 10 during a 34-27 loss against Tennessee.
As Bryant has endured wear and tear, he has missed significant practice time and a number of repetitions. But come game day, Bryant has been available.
