John Elway has already blazed the trail of Super Bowl-winning QBs moving into and NFL front-office position this year.
Could he have another 1990s-era multiple-Super Bowl winner follow him?
Troy Aikman said it's possible.
In an interview with HBO's Real Sports, Aikman said he's open to considering a job like Elway's new role with the Denver Broncos with another NFL team.
"I would tell you that being in that capacity I would enjoy," Aikman told HBO
"I have great respect for athletes who have been awesome in their chosen field and sport. But I have a much better appreciation for those who have been able to move past that and achieve greatness in other things."
What team would it be? Well, it wouldn't likely happen in Dallas, where Aikman won three Super Bowls with the Cowboys and team owner Jerry Jones.
"Not the Cowboys," Aikman said. "Jerry's got a couple sons."
