How can the coach and GM/owner be skeptical of letting Bruce Carter play if he grades out better than Spencer? I think that's one of the Cowboys main problems "Afraid to let the young guns play". Your Thoughts!
Brad Sham: I was pretty busy with college basketball most of March and I may have missed something, but I think (a) I don't know how Carter rates as an outside linebacker. I've always believed they saw him more as an ILB, so his time and Spencer's wouldn't necessarily compete with each other, dependiong the scheme of the moment, and (b) I think they're in the mode of letting the best players play. They ought to be.
