I only posted this because there's been a lot of mention of Murray being a potential lead back. I don't see it.

I don't think he's better than Jones, and I don't think he'll stay healthy enough to carry the load.

Im more interested in Murray as a receiving threat. Choice could catch the ball, but had terrible hands. If you know what I mean.

Yeah,I really think Murray will nudge Felix a little more with this skill set than he will rushing.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Murray shift out of the backfield to a slot in some sets.

I am a little surprised we haven't seen this more w/Jones.

I think Felix has turned into an adequate receiver. But the problem with him, and to a greater degree Choice. They just arent natural catchers. They need to focus on the ball, and concentrate on bringing it in. Whereas someone like Bush, Rice, and Murray catch like receivers in a more natural way. Bringing it in while still continuing their drag, flat, option etc. route. All while keeping one eye down the field. Putting more pressure on the defenders to catch them at full speed.

I think Felix is an outstanding receiver out of the backfield. He really broke out last year in that regard and I think he can do even more this season.

He's a tremendous weapon out in space.
