1st round -- Mike Glennon, QB, North Carolina State
It's time we stopped screwing around with the QB position and start grooming the heir apparent to Romo. Yes, we have an idea of what we have in Romo, or should, but you still just don't let him walk. Mike Glennon is your prototypical, 6'5 pocket passer with a rocket arm; so you don't necessarily have to create throwing lanes as the guy can already scan the field better just with his height alone and with his arm, you don't have to worry about too many passes sailing on him. Drafting him and re-signing Romo is two-fold to where you get the successor in here and let him sit back and soak in the playbook and NFL game for a couple of years.
2nd round -- Dallas Thomas, OL, Tennessee
If you're bringing in the heir apparent at QB and re-signing Romo, you might as well start building up the Oline. Dallas Thomas and Tyron Smith give you a nice left-side as you get 2, athletic movers there. So we shore about a quarter of the line for at least the next 5 years.
3rd round -- Sean Porter, OLB, Texas A&M
This Defense needs a pass-rush in the worst way regardless of what we do with Anthony Spencer, who should be franchised again IMO. Porter isn't your prototypical OLB because in addition to rushing the passer, he can even move out into the slot and clog up the throwing lanes in the middle of the field. You can forget about any hesitancy coming from him facing Washington's zone-read offense because he has the speed to cause lots of trouble there.
4th round -- Jordan Hill, DT, Penn State
A bowling ball wrecker with initial burst who does a great job of hand-fighting with Olinemen. His motor never stops.
5th round -- Abry Jones, DL, Georgia
Versatile Dlineman has predominantly played DE at Georgia although he's slid inside to DT on occasion. Quick with good power.
6th -- Manase Foketi, OT, West Texas A&M
Raw, but supremely quick and large OT.
