    And have a real camp next July, not this joke we've seen the past few seasons. Another reason I like Garrett for HC. He was brought in the league while Jimmy was still HC, and saw firsthand the value of real practice time.

    Kinda my thoughts on Fewell as well. The age thing is a big turnoff for me with Holmgren. The odds of him staying more than 2, maybe 3 yrs are extremely slim. And with that kind of offensive change, we need someone committed long term.

    Chargers GM says Norv will be back AJ Smith said Norv was definitely coming back as HC in 2011. Chargers ownership also confirmed that AJ Smith would remain as GM. Just fyi, as some thought Turner could be a candidate to be on our staff here.
