Penn State has won only one Big Ten football championship game in program history, coming in 2016 against Wisconsin. Behind a recording-breaking day from quarterback Trace McSorley, the Lions came back from a 28-14 halftime deficit to beat No. 2 Wisconsin 38-31.

The 2024 Penn State team is also a 2nd half team. Remember, coach Franklin can't beat top ranked clubs therefore fans (including myself) want him gone. Can he finally get that monkey off his back tonight?!

Our friends are huge Longhorns fans. They also made the conference championship game playing #7 Georgia. Texas (SEC) ranked #2 & PS (Big 10) ranked #3 in country. Both have 11-1 records. Bragging rights on the line here lol.

As for #Jim Nagy why this game isn't held at Happy Valley w/a white out? This past Summer, the Big Ten Conference extended the agreement to play the Championship in Indianapolis through 2028.

As expected by a team run by James Franklin. PS has a 97 yard drive, ends up w/a goose egg. Frankin goes for 2, another goose egg.

Missed FG, & 2 picks. With under 1:45 left in the game, second & one & you have your quarterback throw instead of keeping it on the ground? Which led to a pick to seal the win for the Ducks.

Big 10 has 12 teams now, which will expand to 16. What's up with that dbair1967?!

Unfortunately, Franklin signed a 10 year contract in 2021. 😡

Franklin is a horrendous HC. Cant believe Penn State was stupid enough to give him another long term extension. He can't win any big games and his decision making (as you noted) is just ignorant as hell.

So, what's taking "Coach Prime" so long?! Colorado hasn't won a championship since 1990. There's those 90's again lol. Ok ok. That's college. But this is Bridgwater" first season as HC. 😯20241212_162855.jpg

1st CFP game in new format, complete flop because once again, the committee can't do their fucking jobs.

Indiana played one ranked team all yr, and got blown out. Last night they played their second game against a ranked team, and got blown out. Indiana's best wins were against 7-5 Michigan, 6-6 Washington and 6-6 Nebraska

9-3 South Carolina won their last 6 games, including a blowout win over Texas A&M and a win over Clemson (who is in the CFP). Two of their three losses were by 2pts to ranked LSU and 2pts at ranked Alabama. They also blew out Oklahoma in Norman (who dominated Alabama a few weeks ago)

Alabama had bad losses to Vandy and Oklahoma, but only had a 7pt loss at TN, they beat Georgia and South Carolina and blew out Missouri and LSU

BYU and probably Miami were probably more deserving of a spot than Indiana as well.

Brrrr.....we made it to the frozen tundra lol. The first College Football Playoff game at Beaver Stadium. dbair1967, notify Jim Nagy it's a White Out! 🤣
