JAKE MATTHEWST, ATLANTA FALCONS

Falcons LT Jake Matthews (knee) is expected to play Week 2 against the Cowboys.
Matthews missed practice Wednesday with a knee injury. The Falcons line only gave up two sacks in Week 1 despite Matt Ryan attempting 54 passes in their losing effort to Seattle. Matthews' presence on the left side will help give Ryan clean pockets again this week in another game that should feature loads of scoring.

That does not bode well for today’s game

Are the Falcons about to make another one of our O-Lineman famous? Chaz Green anyone?

They played without Tyron & La'el last year.
But they're missing them simultaneously this year, and the main swing tackle (Erving) is injured as well. Say your prayers.

Zeke as a lead blocker for Pollard. First two plays.

Yeah, that's gonna work.

This shit is just brain dead.

Whose brilliant idea was it to start Pollard over Zeke? Lol. You just can't make this up. This is sabotage.

After last week's loss, is this really how you want to set things off for your home opener?
